Four towns including Visan are located in the Drôme region under the name “Enclave des Papes”. The Clos du Père Clément is in the town of Visan.
Therefor, the vines of the estate are established upon the Vaucluse and the Drôme regions, this important detail allows the production of wines from three different appellations:

• AOC Côtes du Rhône
• IGP Drôme

The black Grenache is one of our most prized treasure. It is a generous and gourmet grape variety with numerous tasting assets. Among them is the fact that while aging, its tannins melt and reveal fruity and spicy aromas.
The Syrah is also a grape variety that has a special place in our work. This low yielding, rare, and precious grape variety has a special typicity that we value in our wines. Spicy, floral, and fruity, it is expressed fully in our ageing wines. it reveals all its strength, structure, and style in our Cuvée Saint Clément.

Knoxville FROM WINE TO GLASS
• Around 3 villages: Tulettes (clay-calcareous, a little stony), Bouchet (very stony) & Visan (clay-calcareous)
• Plots Exposition: South-West. The vines used for the production of this wine are 15 to 45 years old
• Harvesting process: meticulous mechanical harvest in order to bring the bunch of grapes in perfect state at the winery
• Seeded with natural yeast to get the alcoholic fermentation started
• Vinification: No Sulfite added

This prestigious cuvée will make the day of Syrah’s lovers. With a vibrant deep ruby red color and an intense aromatic nose, Cuvée Saint Clément shows rich and tannic aromas in its youth. It will develop fully its character while ageing.

Matured 6 months in French oak barrels. Cuvée Père Clément is a generous wine expressing griotte cherries aromas and flavors laced with guarrigue spices. Excellente structure, good acidity and with firm tannins, this wine will demonstrate its true potential after ageing.

Refined and suave this grape variety develops spring like aromas. Barrel fermented on the lees and stirring of the fine lees gives to this Viognier a long and refined finish. This very aromatic and fruity wine will pair exquisitely with fish dressed in sauce, white meat, and foie gras.
